Meet Mike, the Founder & CEO of Innovative Ecom. Mike has always been a forward-thinking entrepreneur, always on the lookout for alternative investment opportunities. With his nearly two decades of experience in Investment Management as an International Investment Advisor as well as over a decade of experience in the e-commerce industry, he saw the potential for building profitable stores through online retail platforms like Amazon and Walmart.
He started managing his own stores on Amazon and eBay and quickly realized the potential for building teams and systems around his stores. His sales far outweighed his income from corporate America, and it was then that he decided to leave his six-figure job to build his own business
He took the opportunity to take his mantra of trust and transparency and utilize e-commerce as an alternative investment strategy for partners. Mike is dedicated to helping others achieve financial freedom and success in their business and in their life.

Nicole has a diverse background in the balance of both her personal and professional life. After spending over a decade in the fast-paced corporate world, she realized that the traditional 9-5 grind was no longer filling her cup. The pandemic served as a catalyst for her to pursue something that would give her the freedom to not only spend quality time with her family, but also to focus on her own personal growth.
With a passion for beauty and a desire for the entrepreneurial lifestyle, Nicole began her journey as an independent beauty consultant. Alongside her business pursuits, she wrote her very first lyrical children’s books and became a first-time published author in the same year.
Her unique combination of entrepreneurial spirit and corporate experience has led Nicole to her role as Head of US Operations and Onboarding with Innovative Ecom. Her passion for helping others and drive for success make her a valuable asset to the team, and she is committed to helping our partners achieve their business goals.

With a background in the Financial Services Industry, Mario has gained valuable knowledge on the importance of asset growth and protection. Mario now uses that knowledge in his role as Head of New Partner Consulting.
More recently, Mario has been focused on helping businesses grow through automation and the implementation of efficient systems. Now, he is dedicated to assist individuals in achieving their professional and financial goals, by taking an empathetic, personalized and results-oriented approach to help his clients reach their aspirations.

With his extensive background in SEO and experience selling on platforms like eBay, Shopify, and Amazon it has given him the expertise to help others succeed in the e-commerce world. For the past 7 years, Razi has been dedicated to training and mentoring individuals to achieve their business goals, specifically on the platforms of Amazon and Walmart. Currently the leader of the Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS teams for training, development and operations with Innovative Ecom Razi remains passionate about interacting and supporting others in building and scaling their online businesses

Over the last several years, Basil has been working wit Innovative Ecom as the VP of Team Training and Development for the Amazon Wholesale and Private Label divisions.
During this time, he and our teams have managed multiple six and seven figure stores for our partners. Basil has also managed five figure ad spend and has scaled several brands to their success.
Basil now joins Educate to Innovate and their team in the live 12-week coaching programs where he goes over Online Arbitrage, Wholesale and Private Label with our students.
